Ageing potential: 3-4 years
Tasting Note: On the nose this blend shows deep black fruit characters of blackberry and black cherries. There are also hints of forest floor and menthol. The wine has a firm but mouth filling structure and velvety tannins on the palate with a long lingering aftertaste.
Ageing potential: 3 – 5 years
Tasting Note: This Salmon pink wine has strawberry and gooseberry aromas on the nose with a rich and fruit forward texture in the mouth. The wine is crisp and lingering inviting you to have more.
Ageing potential: Enjoy as a young, fresh wine.
Tasting Note: Pale green with light straw hues on the colour. The nose is laden with gooseberry and tropical fruit. The palate shows lime, citrus and gooseberry fruit with a flinty, mineral finish.
Ageing potential: 1 – 2 years
Tasting Note: Perfumed notes on the nose, give way to rich mulberry and dark cherry tones on the palate. The wine shows full but finely structured tannins, that although restrained now will reward well with a couple of years of bottle maturation.
